MIchael Davis called saying he was from Justice Dept, Eric. When I refused to engage and hung up he called back and threatened to have a warrant issued for my arrest. Within 2 mins I received a phone call from someone saying they were from my local police Dept and that they had received a call from the justice Dept. They said they were just calling me to verify Michael Davis as a member of the justice Dept and advise me to call him back and try to resolve the issue. I said I would appreciate a visit from my local police Dept and that I would gladly pursue the issue in court. So far calls have ended.

I got several calls from this number, and like the others, he told me he was from the department of justice. I need to resolve matters regarding to IRS or legal action would be taken. I kept asking for documents (which obviously he don't have) so He was getting frustrated with me and said "if you want to waste your time fine, I'll send the police." Okay, Agent Davis! You go and call them. Don't fall for these scammers! They're just trying to scare you into giving them your credit/debit card info.

caller id himself as agent michael davis of doj. need me to call back or face judicial problems. came on caller id as voice network i, according to search number is assigned to Alliance Relocation Systems Inc. in D.C. area

Had the same run in with the same Michael Davis. Found it weird that he was saying I couldn't contact the IRS, and had to handle it all on the spot. Thanks for the info.

I got the same call 2 weeks ago, it really scared me. Glad I looked it up. They want money!!! I was suspicious because they didn't send any paperwork in the mail first. Agent Michael Davis sounded foreign not Caucasian.
