I called the number back and a man answered. I googled the number while talking to him. I confronted him with the info that this is a scam and I have my taxes professionally done. He said” so do I have to run for my life”...I said of course not,just stop calling people or you will go to jail...he said “I was just joking or practicing “. We said good day to each other and hung up...I blocked the number

After I explained to Adam Smith (yeah) the IRS does not call. Once I turned the tables on him, he could not get his words out, finally after he made a few remarks about what he will be doing to my mother and sister he hung up on me. Now this is either a scam or the standards at the IRS has really gone down.

Digital voice absolutely fake, in concert wit Sham Debt Collector calls from ALLState International looking for someone with the same first name by initial only and similar last name. This has been going on for three years, calls from several US States and the UK, would you believe? Never call these back, once you do they got it confirmed and will never give up passing it around to a million other scammers.

They called and said there was a warrant out for my arrest because i owed them money (false). it was a very bad choppy computer voice of a woman. If it was actually the IRS i'm sure it wouldve sounded more professional and detailed. But the odd thing is? it said to call them back?? and gave a number??

This is a scam that i have had to deal with before they call you and say that you have been selected by the government for a free grant of 9,000 but in order for you to get that money you have to go to western union and send the state tax department 200.00 because this money isn't taxable so in order to get it you have to send them money first they knew my address and my first and last name its a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OTHER INFORMATION.
