This person calls every day at least 15 times. I will not answer. I was going to block the call but I see others have tried that and they use a new number to call. very annoying!

Received 9 calls in 1 day!!! Sometimes there is no one there and then they call right back. Answered call to say not to call back and foreign last asked me why I didn't want my money . I abruptly told them not to ever call again . We will see !!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for 2 days - repeated calls each day. I answered a few times but no one ever spoke to me. Shortly after one of the calls I got a call from a local number that asked if I still wanted to further my education. I asked to be removed from their call list but continued to receive calls from 202-564-9823. I feel the local call was related to the 202-564-9823 calls. Do not answer.
