They called and said that they can save me $10.309 off my student loans and started asking me all types of personal questions about my full name zip code phone number and then they had my family members name and stuff and started asking me how I was related to them... && then told me to go to the western union and get money but that I had to have an account and stuff... was very FISHY if your helping me with my student loans they why wouldn’t you go through my creditors or through Fedloan.

I said "Surprise! I'm hanging up." She started to ramble in increasingly broken English and I promptly hung up. (I was waiting for a call from the 202 area code. I had no idea that this was a scam caller, otherwise I never would've answered.)

Since I work with so many nurses, I answer my phone regardless if it just a number on my caller ID. this 202-899-9010 called and introduced himself, and said he was calling from "federal services". He got my name right. however, he sounds very fishy, plus the accent too... that you know they are just going to scam you. So... i didn't confirm my name, right after i picked up my phone, i just kept saying Hello... Hello.. Hello ???... Hello?? hellloooooooo. lol

said i was being sued by the irs and would be arrested if i didnt pay immediately. i do not owe any back taxes. the man sounds off shore but his name was supposed to be mike jones. he got very aggressive when i turned the tables on him and said i was reporting his number to the police. tried to use fear tactics.

So I answered the call. Which several times I get the call and never got my wonder of why. I was at my break minding my own business :D He said I own $9,000 to the IRS that I need to pay how would I pay? SO he doesnt know that I work with the gov, and I know my own ish way I said "why havent I receive an e-mail, letter, fax or any notification in whatsoever" He went off at me calling me a B**CH and I said that's how you treat your customers? Aren't you working with the IRS the GOVERMENT SIR? so why are you tripping about me asking you my own questions, or you do not have the experience in how to deal with fake [***], so next time your trying to scam someone GET THE PAPER TRAP RIGHT AND THEN CALL ME IF I FALL MOTHERF*****

I can tell you what I know. This is grant money given out by the Federal govt. I know that it is an ongoing IMF grant. I also have the initials IEEE. This is a nonrefundable grant.
