The man on the other line asked for me and I asked whom was calling. he has a thick accent wither Indian or Somalian.he then told me it was the federal at that point i interrupted him and informed him that federal anything doesn't call they send certified letters in the mail. he said YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING!!! i again told him yes i do this is harassment and my number is on the national do not call registry and hung up

They ask for my wife and I even told them she dies she died but they called back 3 more times. That was yesterday and today they have called 6x. When I asked to be taken off the list they hang up.

They call, asking for me by name. I don't know how they got my cell number, but they have a different story each time. This time it was an offer of a Federal Grant, which I know I didn't apply for, so I called the guy a scam, which he took great offense to, proving my suspicion.
