This is surely a scam. They stated that my loan of $2,000, completed online was approved. I have never taken out a loan, other than my Federal student loan. Stay away from this company.

I've been trying to get a personal loan but my credit isn't to go so I keep getting denied. I get a call at and they say I have been approved for 3000 but I need to pay 159 up front and the 3159 will be deposited into my account and I will owe 140 a month for 2 years. Sounded more then reasonable to me so I said ok. Then the Indian lady says I need to go an western union the money. I asked why I can't use my secured credit card and she says to never give me CC over the phone. I then stated that sending cash to a complete stranger isn't much safer. She then said fine if you don't want the loan then don't take it and she hung up on me.

Again and again, another IRS scam call. This is not IRS calling you, this is only some robot trying to persuade you there is something wrong with your taxes and you will be punished for it - FAKE! IRS does not initiate contacts by phone. US mail only. IRS does not file lawsuits. Have found TIGTA pages - http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/ - Treasury Inspector General - where this scam can be reported and they will (probably) stop it.
