Offering a "free" government money grant. Asked to go to a Walmart MoneyGram for the transfer. Also asked for $250 for the security of the transfer, and asked for account information. Individual had a heavy foreign accent. The government would never sent money through Walmart, and would never ask for money for the transfer.

voxbone DID, based out of UK, who handles a lot of different companies including skype. Asian accents, daily calling despite requests to be removed from their list. Calling US number and representing themselves as the Federal Government Grant Program with a request to return call to claim my $7000 . Law enforcement notified.
