When I answered I heard a quick ring on the other end and heard the guy pick up, so clearly it's a "farmed out" phishing connection network. He said he was from the federal government and wanted to give me a grant, so I asked "which department?" "FEDERAL!" LOL. I kept asking which department and never got an answer. He said it was in regards to the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. So I asked him what my name was and he said "Smith" so I hung up. These people are criminals. Many might not even know it, though. Isn't technology great?
