its a scam!! (Scam call) reported by


Answered call. Said they were calling from Chase Bank asked to verify bank account that has been closed for 4 years. Asked what account it was paid from and to verify the numbers. Said there was still a balance open (FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS CLOSED 4 YEARS AGO). When told they could just send me the bill, scammer cursed me out and hung up. Stay woke.

Asked me to verify my account and routing numbers over the phone; real bank associates would not have you verify that info. This is a scam call. Continuous calls, including on national holidays and sundays when the bank is actually closed. Do NOT give them your info. Hang up and call chase bank directly.
