Starts with an automated response. I've had these same calls before. They kick you to an live person if you stay on the call (I did once out of boredom). They seem to promise a free vacation, but it is a bait and switch scam with a side of trying to get identity info from you. From the other comments it sounds like they run multiple scams from the same number.
