SCAM SCAM SCAM...Called my work, but a different location looking for me. They called me and gave me his number. I called back and he said he had to serve me papers at my work. I told him I don't work at that location and to bring them where I was. He said I had to call a different number to get the papers switched. I googled the name of the company and it's a "lawyer's office" in India. In this state you need a sheriff to serve you papers, and if a sheriff can't figure out my address there's a problem, since I've lived in the same place for most of my adult life. I'm calling the guy back on my lunch break to cuss him out.

This number called my phone. It rang once then hung up. Immediately called my Husband's phone right after. They left a message on his phone. It stated it had papers for me and my Husband for a public complaint. It had us call a different number back. The area code was for Russia. Then the person on the phone stated it was just for my Husband and a cc company was suing him for a cc he had 6 years ago. He got very pushy and wanted a payment. After we refused to give up our payment, he started getting an attitude and call us names. I then cussed him out and told him to go **** himself.

That they were going to serve papers to my home & work. Said that I needed proper ID to present when served. If my lawyers had any questions they would need to call an 877# with case file #. I did call the 877# just for Sh!TZ & Giggles, I got a recording after 7 rings that said I had reached the corporate office and that they were closed, bit leave my name and #. TOTAL SCAM TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION.

Just got a call from this number asking for someone other than me. When I said who is this he responded I said who I was I hung up he called back 3 times mimicking me so I at this point knew it was a scam of some sort. BLOCKED!!!!!

Threatening, abusive, pushy, kept calling back. Claimed to be on there way to serve papers. Had incorrect info. Total scam. Wanted more personal info from me. this number called me and asked for a person I never heard of. When I told the caller it wasn't me he continued to question me and ask if I was sure I didn't know this person. when I stated again that I didn't, he started to call me a liar and threatened to take legal action against me while raising his voice and sounding very upset. I then said to remove my number and he said he would be investigating me and hung up. This is crazy and scary and I don't understand how this could even be legal.

I received a call from these people and they said they had paperwork for me that needed to be served or the Court proceeding would go on without me. When I asked where she worked, she said her name was Sarah Reed and she worked for Knox County as a Process Server. I am a law enforcement officer and know those who work at Knox County. There is no Sarah Reed that works there and this has been reported as fraudulent activity to Knox County.

Left a message saying that there's an urgent complaint about me and I will be served at my place of residence and also my work asking to provide ID and personal information to be served they also provide a phone number to call him back in case I have questions or my attorney has questions. This is definitely a scam to probably try to intimidate and get as much personal information as possible from me.

Called stated they were going to service my sister with a summons at my address, then asked if I would accept the summons on her behalf. I told him NO and she didn't live there, I didn't even own the home any more. He said if I didn't have her call the Offices of Rizzo & ?? within a hour the court hearing would proceed without her.
