Would not get off. Kept rotating to the beginning of call. My guess is that We’ll Care sold my information to someone else. I just ordered prescriptions from them today. Extremely disappointed in them.

Call received Sunday at 9AM. Didn't answer but VM left. Stated it was "Carl" from WellCare with a case #. Told me to call the WellCare number on the back of my Part D insurance card and gave me a "case number" to reference. WellCare isn't even open on the weekends nor does WellCare have the number that "Carl" called to contact me. Total BS.

This number called me today and left a voicemail stating his name was Ray from Wellcare and gave me a ticket number to reference along with the member services phone number. I am an insurance broker so I called back as I wrote policies recently with this carrier. I was transferred from member services to agent services who advised they are getting multiple calls from agents with the same issue. They then connected me to another department at which time I got a recording that said the call could not be completed and promptly disconnected.
