Lady called saying she was calling about a complaint I made with Safe Care or maybe she said Safewell. Told her I never heard of them. Then she added "Wellcare". She gave me a case number then wanted me to verify my name, address, DOB. She assured me she was with Wellcare. I told her "how about you read me what you say you have". She says she can't do that. That's when I told her this conversation is over. She apologized for my inconvenience. If that doesn't say "SCAM" I don't know what does.

The call was from 303-927-4159 (caller I.D.) The message was :This is (my insurance co.) calling to see if your health care needs are being met. Call back at 866-635-7035. When I called, the phone was answered "Health Care" and I was asked to provide my insurance ID number. I said no and she said "Well, we will just keep calling you then"
