When a call comes in from someone or some number that I do not recognize, I do not answer. Then when they hang up after only 3 rings (to avoid getting voice mail) I figute it is a SCAM and block the number from calling me again.

Law abiding companies comply with the Do Not Call rule. Scammers ignore the law. The spoof numbers, so reporting it doesn't little good either.

Blocked call. Called me 4 times in 2 weeks. If your lucky enough to talk to a real person get the loudest whistle you can find and blow it in the phone! Did this once on other calls and they never called back.
