I received two calls and voicemails from this number. The messages stated that they were calling from a Grand Review Action department on behalf of my credit union for transactions on my Visa debit card. They provided a 800 number to call back. Instead I called my credit union and they confirmed that they do use a 3rd party company for fraudulent purchases but the 800 numbers did not match. When I called the # from the CU, the automated program asked me to verify the # I was calling from and then wanted me to enter the last 4 digits of the card that was referred to in the voicemail. I chose to hang up b/c that confirmed to me that the phone calls were spam.

This call is from Transaction Review supposedly through my bank. Recorded message telling me to call a 800 number to verify recent transactions. Instead, I called my bank. I guess there was a question on a purchase. I confirmed that I made that purchase. My bank told me I did the right thing by calling them & not the 800 number since I was suspicious about it. I still find this highly suspicious, however, my bank did not seem unduly alarmed

This definetly isn’t right. Got a voicemail from them saying they were calling to verify transactions with (they stated my credit unions name) and left an 800 # to call them back on. But the thing is they called on a extra number on a free app I have and not my main cell phone # and my bank was never given that extra number they have my cell home & work #. Double checked my account I haven’t had a debit card transaction on my account for 11 days and it
