They will ask questions about your children and adults in the household on how you feel about vaccines and if you have had them. They also ask general healthcare questions. It took almost 30 minutes to complete. You don't get anything for completing other than representing your county in statistics.

They call me every other day even after telling them not to call. According to CDC website the calls are legit and you can ask your never to be removed. Also stated the numbers are completely random that they call. If that was the case I wouldn't have received a call from them 10 times.
