Called said money was coming out ive called the number they gave to talk to someone about it. Got hung up on then rang and went into busy signal. I cant worry about my acct i cant have money being takin out when i dont know who or what it is. What do i do? Help me

Hi Erin, As long as you didn't provide them login information or numbers to your account, you should be fine. Unless they provided you with the correct account numbers, then I recommend closing the account immediately and have the bank open a new one. It should be no cost to do that change. The only inconvenience is new checks have to be printed and maybe new debit card mailed to you.
