We just got a landline last year. We purposely don't use it on any bills or registration unless it's doctors or local. We always put one cell down as mobile and the other down for home phone when filling out any paperwork. This number started calling last week. Calls a few times a day, NEVER leaves a message. I refuse to answer as a legit business should leave a message. Since we don't give out our landline # it has to be a random # generator/caller OR these people got our number from a phone book or something. So I won't deal with that kind of business.

So last week these guys called me for the millionth time. I finally got an answer from a foreign lady who immediately transferred the call and explained who I was to the next lady over my confusion. She tried to verify info but wouldn't tell me who was calling so I refused. She then yelled at me that she "had the right to protect [my] identity" at which I promptly hung up. Fast forward to today I got a nice lady who told me I owed money to tmobil (who is my mobile provider currently) and gave me an account number. Idk it this is legit but I merged accounts with my brother 2 years ago so Idk why it took this long to find out I owed money on something I paid off. This has scam written all over it and if I do owe money ill pay tmobile and not them.

They're Scammers period... We pay for services never renderd of gotten initially. When we complin to them nothing is ever rectified or compensation given. When we terminate our service agreement because of the non response these companies sell our information to third parties to harrass us and threaten of force another bogus contract on us. Don't be a victim any longer. No full disclose equals NO CONTRACT.

The lady said she was a debt collection agent and was calling from tmobile because I hadn't paid my last bill. She knew my old address, my bill amount and my name. She demanded quite firmly that I pay up immediately. I told her no, and hung up.
