they call multiple times a day but nobody speaks. spam call. Once they left me a message in computerized voice saying that i need to contact my lawyer and some blah blah otherwise an action would be taken against me. its a spam/scam, ingore it.

To me a silent call (since I don't answer any number I don't recognize) is someone who doesn't leave a message. If you want to me to call you back, leave a msg. Otherwise, I'll be posting a report on a board like this. Given the experiences of the others, sounds like more than a nuisance call. But since I've never picked up and can't comment on whether or not its a scam. Just another blocked number in my phone now.

A man called and immediately told me the call was being recorded and confirmed my address. He then told me that T-Mobile was sending me to collections but he could resolve this so it would not hit my credit score if I paid them today. I said that I would have my husband deal with this online and pay directly if need be (I was driving and was distracted with the call. I later realized that we didn't have T-Mobile for months). He then tried to urgently get me to pay via a check over the phone. I told him this all felt like a scam and then I hung up when he tried to cite a SSN and DOB to me. Everything about it felt like a scam.
