It is a PGE number that may be a scammer. Going to disconnect electric if you don't pay. Hang up on those. Other times it can be PGE with an outage update.

the incoming call number maybe legit, however it is a robo call thae states your service is scheduled for disconnect. I have auto pay.

Scammer uses pge's # to call you. Gives you a fake number to call (Scam call) reported by Shelley
Robo call tells me I'm being disconnected for lack of payment. Uses pge's correct number, but gives you a scam number to call them back and give information. 1.) Pge's is suspending shut off services due to COVID. 2.) I already made my payment in full, and am never delinquent.
