On Dun and Bradstreet Website: Latest Security Alerts - Phone Survey Scam Tuesday 10th October 2017: Dun & Bradstreet is aware of a current phone scam targeting D&B customers and other businesses and individuals. Callers claiming to be from Dun & Bradstreet, are targeting people to participate in a “survey” and requesting personal information including name, date of birth and address details. If you receive a call of this nature, please ask the operator for a reference number, end the call, then call Dun and Bradstreet on 132 333. Legitimate operators calling from Dun & Bradstreet will always be able to provide a reference number. Please note: Dun & Bradstreet will only ever ask you to confirm personal information in instances where you are needing direct access to your own personal credit report held on our bureau, or if it is in regard to an outstanding debt. Our Client Services team will be able to verify the legitimacy of the call, assuming a reference number can be provided.

I want to report this number because whoever this company is, they have been trying to collect my personal information for an unknown reason. They calling me over and over saying that some company wants to have business with me but they can not tell me anything about these alleged companies, instead, they want my personal information.

He said he was calling from D&B and wanted to updated our information. I told him to send me an email request, but he mumbled that he can only make updates over the phone. Too bad, I don't provide information over the phone. bye bye.
