This caller did not leave a message. Did some research and discovered that most people are calling it a survey by asking questions "how do you feel about the work of police and fireman's work and then asking for money. I took it one step further and called the number back from a masked LAN and discovered it'a recording that says All customer reps are busy and to leave your name and number along with billing information and they will call you back.As always if a number isn't part its best not to answer research them if possible and block'em.
