"Mike" - said he was with Student Loan Services, a third party with Federal Student Loans. Said he was calling because he had gotten a request about PSLF - it just happens I have a request in for some payments to be credited. He didn't seem to know anything about my account. When I asked for his direct number he hung up. Rude, unprofessional - not like the people at MyFedLoan at all. BLOCKED

Student Loan Forgiveness (Unsolicited call) reported by


I called the number back as I have received multiple calls while at work and no message. I was advised my number was linked to a Federal Student loan and that I am eligible for student Loan Forgiveness. I explained I have already gone through my lender and have consolidated my loan and that I am not eligible for loan forgiveness and to take my information off their caller list. The woman said okay and hung up. Never taking my information, hence I am still receiving calls.
