They review your meds for you and send by snail mail a list. They ask if you know what each med is for. Problem is after using them, Express Scripts would not fill certain medications until I saw the prescribing doctor. Since I just saw the doctor a month before, I had to make another appointment. When I saw the doctor, I told him that Express Scripts said he wanted to see me before he filled a script. They had no problem with 4 of 5 meds I ordered, but one they did not want to fill, saying the doctor wants to see me. Anyway, the doctor told me he never told express scripts that he wanted to see me, and that they have had a lot of these situations recently with express scripts. I no longer answer calls from this company.

They knew my meds list from Express scripts, my pharmacy. Reviewed them, then passed me on to pharmacist. Very knowledgable individual, had one suggestion about the time at which I take one insulin med, agreed 100% with my Dr. otherwise.

The person who called claimed to be from express scripts and asked to go over my medication. I told them I would call them back and they gave me a different number to call: 844-866-3780 Then, I called express scripts customer service number and described the call. The real express scripts rep dialed 520-382-6554 and she said the person who answered the phone used the company name "symphonia prescription management" or something like that. Seems like a scam to me!
