Called 3x, no VM left (Silent call) reported by

Called 3x back to back and never left a voicemail. When I called back, the first time was completely silent so I hung up. Called back again and the only recording says "Dial 1 to be placed on our Do Not Call list"...No company name or any other info. Pressed 1 and then it said it will take about 48 hours for me to be removed from their call list (whoever "they" are)...

Automated Spam Call (Unsolicited call) reported by

Recording insisting that one's car is "out of warranty" and that they have repeatedly sent mail messages from the dealer warning that the warranty is about to expire, and this is the last chance to have it reinstated. Obviously garbage. I picked up because it was a 'local' Virginia number, do not bother answering it.
