Rachel called to offer me a business loan of $500,000. I kept telling her I wasn't interested and she kept telling me it was pre-approved all she needed was my Tax ID number and social security number to finish the paperwork and if I wanted to give her my bank account number, they would wire the money to me today.

Have never requested a business loan, but the voice message goes: "Hey sorry i missed you, it's Rachel, I'm actually just following up on my call regarding the $250,000 line of credit I had pre-approved for your business. I'm really just checking in to see h ow you are and see if you had any growth plans for the summer. Give me a call if you're interested to go over the rates and terms. I can be reached at 800-614-0397 or you can just give me a call on the number that popped up on your caoller ID. Hopefully we'll talk soon and have a great day.

Caller pretends to have spoken with you before, regarding approval of a huge business loan. I guess the idea is to make you think you're pre-qualified, so why not see if you can get the huge loan, even if you don't own a business? Clever, and "Rachel" sounds VERY legit, not like most scammers whose accent or grammar or cadence of speech really gives them away.
