June 8, 2025 & March 4, 2020 APS Outage Hotline called from this number when power was restored. Other reviews say scammers spoof this number & call trying to get money for past due bill when they don't have APS account.

Robocall scam. Call went to voicemail, and the automation didn't wait for my voicemail message to finish, so I only heard the last part of the message, which talked about processing a payment. If the service claims to be APS, as others have said, then it has to be a scam, as I've never had an account with APS.

I grew up in AZ and have an AZ phone number, but I’ve never opened an account with APS. The caller ID is programmed to look “legit” (though the weird acronym is a dead giveaway, real energy companies don’t do that) but it’s a scam call for sure. If you hear the “you have 45 minutes until your account is shut down” it’s 1000000% a scammer. Companies won’t close your account if you owe them, they may leave you a nice sounding voicemail reminding you to go onto the website to pay or send you a message through their website regarding your service, but they will NEVER threaten to close your account. That’s bad business.

recorded message that didn't identify where they were calling from saying to stay on for an important message and proceeded to say that I would be disconnected in 45 minutes to press 1. I'm not late on anything telling you it must be some scammer
