Caller was hard to understand. Very thick accent with lots of static on the line . long delays made me think it was a scam looking for bank info so I disconnected.

they are a collection agency that buys expired debt from other collection agencies, in Ontario, the Limitations Act says that if they don't take action against you within 2 years, they don't have a legal leg to stand on, unless you make a payment to them, then everything resets, so,.... don't make a payment never answer a call from a number you don't recognize, if it's an important call, they will leave a voice mail, collection agency pukes will NEVER LEAVE a voice mail.
