Unsolicited call from the company servicing my loan. They confirmed my understanding of the mortgage terms (that they already knew) and contact information (that they already had) and talked about the services they offer for payment methods, account tracking, etc... Overall, it was a legitimate call but an unnecessary and unsolicited waste of time.
