Calls and inquires about your mortgage. Then asks you to give your social security number over phone. Doesn't sound legit. If legit, doesn't seem professional. If my mortgage company needs to contact me, I should see it directly from my account email or call center first

Been calling for days so I decided to answer ...Same kind of unprofessional call from female today ...very unprepared and weird Welcome call from our new mortgage company wanting me to verify my personal information. She couldn't pronounce our names and barely mention our company. She was trying to get info and mumbled her way through the call ...I refused so she asked to verify mailing address. I started and she hung upI have reported her and number from Greenwich, CO to my contacts!
