Another suspicious out-of-state poorly recorded message; Caller ID shows 614-754-4132. Female voice says call is from Comenity (or Community?) Capital Bank and to call back at 866-843-0198 re: "a matter of personal importance". If I don't recognize the caller, I block the number. One web search showed the 614 number listed to an "Amy Allen" in Ohio.
