Comenity bank, credit cards, They freak out and call you 300,000 times a day. A single payment slipped about six days past the due date - the one time over many years of perfect payments, due to changing banks - and they started calling so often that it was like I was 10 years late for a million bucks instead of a lousy $30. They can't even legally report it as a late payment until it's 30+ days past due in the first place. Their horrible phone spam every two minutes for 12 hours a day tactics annoyed me so much that now I have it set up to pay them just before they are legally allowed to mark it as a late payment because they are so incredibly over the top with this nonsense. If they treated people with decency I wouldn't skate that line with them, but they deserve it. No late fees but it costs them money. These people need to come off their pedestals. They are totally abusive. Now they can call all they want. No late payments on my credit report, they get no fees, they waste their time on robocalls, and when the next class action lawsuit hits them for egregious behaviour, I'll be able to join it. In the meantime, they're blocked so no matter how often they call, it doesn't affect me at all. Companies need to be forced off their power trips if they refuse to stop harassing people.

This call is a courtesy call! ! It is COMMENITY BANK which carries dozens of credit cards....your Big Lots, Vict Sec/Pink, Big Sandy, and other credit cards! They call you when your pmt is 30 days late, so just pay your damn pmt on time and they won't bother you!

Comenity bank. If you're more than 5 days late on a payment they will call you multiple times a day, every day, at any time of the day with various numbers. This is one of them. Safe caller, but incredibly annoying.
