3rd call I've gotten from this number since August, number was blocked after the first call, got a call today with a robo voicemail asking me to participate in a survey (didn't specify what it was for) telling to me press 1 to get a text with a link to the survey or press 9 to no longer receive the calls.

Called on my cell, but Bell Canada flagged it as "Potential Fraud." Some have reported this as a "RoboCall" but that's not possible. Legitimate Robo Calls use "land line" type numbers, usually in the 800 series. The 647 area code is for Cells only. However, this number also appears to be spoofed.

NOT A SCAM - https://www.nationalobserver.com/2018/07/16/news/someone-making-mysterious-robocalls-across-canada-about-trans-mountain-oil-pipeline I know it's getting harder and harder to tell which ones are scam and which ones are not, but they're not a scam. They really just randomly call people to gather a target number of participants to answer surveys. I got a call from TellCityHall and they were asking for an NYU research on COVID-19 stuff. Your choice to participate or not.

This time they claimed it's a survey for City Hall. Prior calls were a Chinese speaking person talking away. Governmental agencies don't use mobile numbers to contact you, period.
