For the last few days I keep receiving calls from 647-771, 773, 774, 775, 776 numbers. One of them I picked up, and was asked why I called that number(?!). I didn't call anyone, I also checked my phone activity online - no such number there.

They call at various times. Have missed 3 calls from this number as they have called while I was at work or driving and could not answer the call. No messages ever left. Am going to assume it is a telemarketer.

Yes it is a spam caller. Yes it is for a survey. BUT if it happens to be a survey that you are interested in participating in, then why not. Survey on healthcare in my country matters to me.
