Caller was extremely rude, heavy accent and stated that if the owner did not call back immediately, we would be removed from Google. We have an excellent reputation, high Google ranking (organic) and a professional 3rd party firm managing our Google presence and our social media efforts. Belligerent, aggressive, dishonest and fraudulent approach.

Wife answered and someone with bad English asked to verify our business information. She hung up, although I had recently signed up for Google business listing and may need to verify by phone. They didn't call back. It may have been Google, or a scam since now the business phone number is public on the internet.

I received a call from this number today at work. The Caller ID said "Google Inc". I'm sure it wasn't. A male between 20-30 years of age said in broken English with an Indian accent "can you help me, with I need, phone for 1553" I didn't say anything else and hung up on him.
