I received a call from this number today at work. The Caller ID said "Google Inc". I'm sure it wasn't. A male between 20-30 years of age said in broken English with an Indian accent "can you help me, with I need, phone for 1553" I didn't say anything else and hung up on him.

of the Millions of fake Google telemarketing calls we receive, this one just happens to be real. they're trying to verify whether or not to keep your business on Google Maps so that they can delete fake listings of your competitors, so you better be nice
