Well, according to these guys, I'm a criminal. They supposedly have two felony charges against me. But I wouldn't confirm my identity, so there's strike one against them, for disclosing that information. Strike 2 is that felony charges are criminal in nature, so they'd be coming from a district attorney's office, not a private law firm. Strike 3 is when I called her on her ****, she hung up on me. Ignore these scammers, or better yet, give it back to them.

Claims regards to my Fraud Case,per Rebecca Crosby, saying all personal matter heard out loud thru machine,but did not say my name, just"you"call me back,no company name either, called back answered "litigation dept"heard me they hung up,hung up or put me to direct music que 4 times and no one would pick up,finally someone answered tried to put me hold again,I advised of horrible if not illegal mesg left and person said not their fault and do I know Herman Brown,said its his fault, dont know him but he didnt make Rebecca say all that about me on my number,its illegal talking 3rd party or out loud 9n machine some personal business in Florida,not bring up how unprofessional you are maam and the hang ups o top.She then hung up in my face too, I never raised my voice and was professional the whole time....Why all the running evading truth with these people,They are rude and never said sorry wrong number or anything to me. They just have no use for me because they were fishing and didnt like my questions and I was trying calling them out.This 8s a scam or they should not be able to work with legal matters along with people's personal info like social security#, address, banks etc, Needs looking in on because of just behavior displayed today towards innocent individuals not bothering anyone to be treated and get upset ober something that is not even true, Fraud cost are still on the rise and I do my part because we pay our bills and fraud cost falls to honest paying consumers, while dishonesty of individuals skates thru free

First call was a machine, upon returning the call i spoke with a woman saying i owed money from an online loan from 6 to 7 years ago. they had no case or file numbers, tried to research their "business" name, but no such business existed. Long story short, dont answer this call. waste of time as it is scammers.

I answered after ignoring this # several times. They said they had a litigation against me. When i inquired 'for what?' The woman told me "dont be comin on the phone with a attitude " and hung up. I called back...a different woman answered and told her id like to know why they keep calling me. She hung up on me. I called back again and got the first woman. I said" i really need you to stop calling" she said "i really need to know why you think you can come on the phone with a attitude " i replied"im at my fathers house, hes on hospice and i just had to give him more morphine i really dont have the time or patience to deal with this. Unless you would like to explain why you are calling...." i was cut off by the woman saying " thats fine we wont call you anymore, but i am sending a sheriff to arrest you so you dont need to worry about your dad anymore." She hung up and i was floored. Im still shocked by what was said.

The woman left a message saying she had a case against me and left this number to call back. They tried to say I owed money but wouldn't say to who. Said to send money to their office. I hung up.
