This scammer repeatedly calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They continue to call after being asked to remove the victim's number from their lists multiple times, further violating the TCPA. They still further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, yet further violating the TCPA, and the continue to place their illegal scam calls after being repeatedly asked to remove the number from their call list. Their recording states that the victim will make a six-figure with nothing to sell just by using their marketing system. This is clearly some form of pyramid scheme since there is no mention of any product or service being sold, let alone any emphasis on the product or its qualities. Do not provide this scammer any financial information.
