This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They still fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still play a recorded message without an operator on the line in violation of the TCPA. They also fail to provide a phone number or physical address when asked as required by the TCPA. Their recording still guarantees the victim will make ten thousand dollars or more in the next ten days and again every ten days after that just by following their marketing plan. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
