Of course, it is a scam and a robo caller. When CID shows Out of Area and POS hang up after the 2nd ring, it is a sure fire sign they are POS scammers making robo calls to see if they can catch a big fish !!!! POS think we are as stupid as they are and will answer their stupid call. We used to pay $190 monthly to AT&T and now pay $220 but we are the ones who have to screen incoming calls. Then we have to post messages for everyone else to be aware of these POS. Every time we block one POS robo caller, they spread like fleas and call us from another number. And AT&T Chairman claims there is nothing they can do, these are spoofed calls, blah, blah, blah when AT&T and all other phone cos keep allowing these POS to open new accts day in and day out. Panasonic Call Block on high alert. Hell is will be too comfortable for these POS.

when you answer there is nobody there when you call it back it says thanks for calling NTS your AT&T provider customer service rep is not available please leave your name and number and someone will call you back.... NO ONE EVER HAS CALLED ME BACK they call every day at least 3 times per day.

I am beyond annoyed with this number. It keeps calling the office where I work. We are busy and have to answer every call. Its disruptive and takes time away from our customers. They did speak one time and claimed to be from our current telephone company who is not att wanting to speak to the owner after speaking to the owner said he was from att. He hung up on her, Completely deceptive. Our tech team is working on finding this scammer and blocking the calls. Dont even bother answering this call.

Called to ask why we switched away from AT&T for landline. Asked me if it was because of service or rate. I said a little of both. He said "so you wouldn't be interested in switching back for a lower rate" I told him we pay only $6 a month through our internet provider and instead of saying ok thank you or bye he just hung up on me rudely after I was nice enough not to hang up on him! So yet another reason why we will never use AT&T for our landline ever again.
