Robo caller clearly had spoofed the Southern NV Energy phone number. Robo female voice said for non payment of bill electric service to be cut off in 30 minutes. Press one to talk to someone. Hung up at that point because had just paid (through bill pay service) bill and have never missed nor had a late payment. Called my northern Nevada NV energy phone number to report. Now am filing with the Fedeeral Trade Commission a spam report.

The caller ID seems legit as it shows the number for NV Energy. However they will claim to shut off your power if you do not pay them within 30 minutes. My bill is up to date and not late in any way nor will NV Energy ever call and claim to shut off your power due to a late bill. Do not fall for this scam! They are able to spoof the incoming callers number to look like it's from NV Energy.
