For starters I don't even live in Virginia and havent since the end of 2017. The first call was received at 4:02 in the morning, I missed the first one cuz I was asleep but they called back in 2 minutes. I answered, listen to their spiel, and hung up. They called again another 2 minutes later.

These are automatic calls put out by the Department of Defense, and are completely legitimate. If you are receiving these calls, it is not spam. Rather, it is likely a call meant for a military servicemember or other DoD affiliate.

These are not legitimate. As a 20-year veteran I know that the dod does not maintaining phone numbers individual service members. This is a scam

Fake DOD notification telling all service members to report to their units. Th DOD does not make notifications like this for service members. Totally fake.

Calling * on Tony. This number calls me 4-5 times a day. I absolutely never signed up for a DOD alert. I couldn't possibly care less about anything they have to say. Everything about this screams scam.

What the title says. Thought that was the description. They called me thrice. I ignored twice but they kept on calling. Next time someone calls me like that I'll just answer and hang up. Ugh.
