This person left me a message as a robot to start saying "(name)...this is Collin Pierce placing a call in regards to a claim that was issued to our office of our clients if the documents were sent to your house...you failed to respond either way due to the nature the claim is imperative that you or your attorney contact the office immediately at 706-341-0080 consider yourself notified." This is ridiculous I have received no papers for anything this cant be real.

The exact same thing happened to me, he used the same name and everything. This just happened today, even when I tried to call back, the number said it was not in service. Very aggravating. They need to track these people down, but I know it's hard by it being so many of them.

Left a voicemail: robovoice says it's for a "Brenda xxxx" (I've owned this number for over 17 years), then a recording of a man saying that documents were sent to my house, demanding an immediate callback to 706-341-0080, and to "consider yourself notified".

First, the caller sounded like a robot but then it sounded like an actual person. The call was of a threatening nature. They said, that my husband was served and that the case was filed and that are sending the documents by someone that is delivering the paperwork.

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 7063410xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
