IRS arrest Warrant (Robocall) reported by Rob
Recording claiming that a warrant for my arrest was issued by the IRS. I'm not sure what they are after other than phishing for info to steal identity. I didn't talk to anyone. I've received these before over a year ago and I'm easy to find so obviously the IRS doesn't want me.

I called back yesterday and they stated that I had Federal back taxes and I was $5900 behind. I told them I know I was and he was what is your address so we can verify we speaking to the right person. I told them I was not giving any information until I get a clear understanding on why they were calling me. He couldn't do that and started to get an attitude saying if you not going to give the information than why are you calling? I told him I am trying to figure that out. He was getting very upset and I told him will this is a scam, because the IRS does not call they send something in the mail. He said than why are you still on the phone? I just said that I am letting you know that the IRS does not call and stop calling me.

Unsolicited call reported by NoName
I did not answer this call - a strange computer recording that did not make sense did leave a message on my voicemail, the voicemail basically stated that the call was from the us treasury and I need to call the number back to avoid a federal offense - I called the number back and there was no answer and there was not an official sounding recording on the other end, I wasn't even able to leave a message - I am guessing this is not a legitimate call but rather some sort of scam.

The voice speaking was a computer, I dont know who the think they are *. The voice said to call the number to avoid criminal offense. I felt like calling them back to give them some * .but I changed my mind .good luck
