Comenity Bank - Not debt collector (Company) reported by


Comenity Bank is the issuer of store credit cards. One being Palais Royal. So, if you owe on a store CC this will likely be the reason they are calling. Yes, to collect what you owe on your credit card but the a not debt collectors they are the ones that issue and hold the store CC. You will know if that company issues any of your credit card by looking at the back of your credit card and it will tell you what company actually issues your Credit Card.

They also deal with loans. God forbid you're a DAY late with the payment, they will blow your phone up all hours of the day, sometimes multiple times in a row. I'm glad i"m not working an eight hour shift, because I would have ten missed calls at least in that time span. It's unnecessary to call that often, if it rings and goes to voice mail it should signal them to try LATER not within the hour.

This number is a landline from Colorado, seems to be used by some call center working for Comenity Bank - check them at http://www.comenity.net/comenity In my case this was unwanted call, no idea where they got mu number...
