Called my home late at night. Caller i.d. said "Cellular Caller". Caller i.d. phone number, if not spoofed, indicated origin as from CHICAGO ! When I answered phone they would not say a word, then 10 seconds later they hang-up.

Answered once and was told it was Allstate motor club deal. They didn't really give any time for me to talk, just kept talking about this great deal. I decided to play along and ask questions. In the end they immediately asked for my credit card information to pay for this thing. Hung up, they continued to call every other day, and now they're blocked. This isn't really a part of Allstate and never give your card information out.

This number comes from Chicago, IL. I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
