I use them as my carrier for my cell phone. I canceled all other services. They do not listen and some don't speak clear english nor do they understand english. They give you the run around. They say that they have your problem takin care. Yet you still receive at least 6 more calls saying there is still a problem (Same Problem). They tell you that they can't fix the problem because their computer won't let them into where they need to go to fix it. Please call xxx.xxx.xxxx. Billing can't fix billing problems. I've been dealing with them to fix things since 10.10.18. It's now 12.18.18. There are still issues. There were a couple of people that actually took care of the problem.

I did not answer; no message left. Checked several number checker sites, and some comments indicate this is a legitimate AT&T service line, but a lot more comments (especially recent) indicate the number is being spoofed by scammers.
