very unprofessional and tells you they are calling from AT&T. tells you they are finding you have a problem with your at&t internet and they can tell everytime you use the internet there's a problem. they can simulate AT&T's real customer service# as the incoming #, so it's hard to tell it's a scam. This happened in WI in 4/18. their trade and consumer protection agency had to get involved.

Informs me my AT&T cell bill is delinquent and has been disconnected, press 1 to pay bill 2 to talk to rep. Fact is I am a Verizon customer, I received call on my Verizon cell and want nothing to do with AT&T.

ATT - my promo period ??? huh ? had phone 8 yrs, unaware of any promo period, had expired causing my bill to go up $24 @ mo. been paying it monthly thru my banks bill pay system. after 3 months falling short $24 on my monthly pmt. they wanted to know when I would pay. after asking for explanation (...and 15 min. wait on representative ) of promo I was unaware of and why I had not been notified of increase 30 days prior to increase, fcc regulation, nor increase on monthly bill, the rep hung up on me. ATT does NOT accidentally drop calls. I was cut off.
