They've been "monitoring" my payment history, and can "promise" a reduced interest rate on my credit cards. Gee, too bad I use a debit card, huh ? 4th call like this that I've received today.

Caller said his name is David Adams with Bank of America out of Charlotte NC. They are NOT. This is NOT a legitimate Bank of America contact number or call. DO NOT provide them any information.
