it says it may be a student loan debt collecter here but the only thing i have from them are multiple messages of someone breathing into the microphone and it sounded like there may have been some pornography in the background. creepy and uncomfortable. i blocked the number.

Missed a call from them and they left a blank voicemail. They call every day, 3x a day and leave the same blank voicemail when I don't answer.

Do not talk to these people. They're a collection agency with one of the worst reputations around. They also spoof numbers all the time to make it look as if they are calling from a local number: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/2016/05/scammers-can-fake-caller-id-info Just block them and do not answer. File a complaint too. One day soon they'll get shut down because they have such a poor reputation. Loved the comment above that their vice president is trained as an auto mechanic, and their supposed office location is an old warehouse in the middle of nowhere. It's true!
